سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع
- الاسترجاع والاستبدال خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ الاستلام.
- يشترط أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وبالتيكت والتغليف الأصلي.
- العميل يتحمل تكلفة الشحن في حالة تغيير الرأي أو اللون.
- في حالة وجود خطأ من جانبنا، نتحمل نحن تكلفة الشحن كاملة.
- منتجات العروض غير قابلة للاسترجاع وقابلة للاستبدال فقط.
- يتم استرداد المبلغ خلال 7 أيام عبر فودافون كاش أو إنستا باي.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached.
- Shipping fees are covered by the customer for change of mind or color exchange.
- If the issue is our mistake, we cover all shipping costs.
- Sale items are non-refundable and exchange only.
- Refunds are processed within 7 days via Vodafone Cash or InstaPay.
